Microsoft Team Tips and Tricks
This tutorial will demonstrate how to use Approval Templates in Microsoft Teams. Approval templates are a good way to standardize the approval process to make sure you always get all the information you need. I have found that templates save a lot of time because the approvals app does not allow you to send a request back to the submitter. Approve or Reject is all you get. Rather than go back and forth with people who forget the enter key pieces of information, save yourself the hassle and set up templates.
