Join in for a 30 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Today I’ll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING.
